Complete Treatment of Knee Pain

 Knee is the largest and most complex joint of the body. This is an example of a sinovial joint. In this joint, apart from mainly four bones, about 15 muscles, there is another important thing called cartilage.
  In daily life, walking, climbing, walking, walking, exercising, exercising causes the cartilage in the knee joint to decay. The fluid or cologne in the cartilage tends to harden in the absence of blood flow.

In certain types of arthritis, other parts of the body are also affected. In such a situation, there may be other problems with pain.

   Home Remedy Treatment:

   Cold fomentation
  Cold compress can be given to relieve knee pain. This is one of the easiest and effective methods. By giving cold compress to the knees, it tightens the blood vessels which reduces blood flow and also reduces inflammation.
  How to do-
 Wrap ice pieces in a thin towel. Bake the pain-affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. Your pain will go away slowly. You can do this remedy two or three times daily.
  . Apple cider vinegar
  Apple vinegar is also helpful in reducing knee pain. It collects minerals within the knee joint and destroys harmful toxins.
  How to do-
  Mix two spoons of apple vinegar in two cups of filtered water. Drink this solution throughout the day. Drink this tonic daily until it is completely cured. Add two cups of apple vinegar to it by adding hot water to the bucket and let the affected knees sit in water for 30 minutes. This will provide great relief in knee pain.
  Mix one spoon of apple vinegar and olive oil in equal parts and massage the knees, it will be beneficial.
  Red Chilli
  The use of red chili also relieves knee pain, the capecine present in it acts as a pain reliever.
  How to do-
  Put two tablespoons of red chili powder in one to one and a half cup of oil and prepare a paste. Apply this paste on the knees twice every day for at least a week. Knee pain will be relieved.
  Make a friend by adding a quarter or half teaspoon of red chili powder to a cup of apple vinegar. Applying this friend on the knees reduces pain and swelling. You can apply this paste on the knees every day for 20 minutes until the knee pain is relieved.
  Knee pain is due to muscle strain or due to arthritis, ginger is very beneficial in both the condition. It has antiflammable properties which reduces swelling and pain of the knee.
  How to do-
  Boil a piece of ginger in a cup of water for 10 minutes. After cooling it, add a little lemon juice and honey to it. Drink this solution daily. If you wish, you can also massage the knees with ginger oil.
  Turmeric (Haldi)
  Turmeric is an effective and natural remedy to relieve knee pain. Curcumin present in turmeric acts as an antioxidant and helps in reducing pain.
  How to do-
  Mix ginger and turmeric slightly in a cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes. After this, add honey after it is lukewarm. Drink it twice a day.
  Boil turmeric in a glass of milk and drink honey mixed with it. Knee pain is also cured by this.
  * Turmeric dilutes the blood, so it is not good for those who take blood thinning medicine.

  * Honey should not be mixed with very hot water or milk.

  Lemon is also a home beneficial remedy for knee pain caused by arthritis. Citric acid found in lemon dissolves uric acid crystals in arthritis.
  How to do-
  Cut one lemon into small pieces. Put these pieces in a cotton cloth and immerse them in hot sesame oil. After this, place the cloth on the affected knee for five to 10 minutes. Doing this twice a day completely reduces pain.


   • Control your weight.
  • Swimming is most beneficial.
  • It is better to walk than to run.
  • Do exercises related to thigh muscles.
  • Drink plenty of fruits and vegetables. They are rich in antioxidants.
  • The knees should not bend. Keep the stomach clean and do not let constipation occur.
  • Sleep with a pillow under or between knees.
  • Apply ice at least 2 times a day.
  • Get your doctor checked periodically.
