   • One of the simplest remedies to reduce migraine headaches is to keep ice packs on your head. Ice pack helps to control blood flow in the brain and reduces pain. Gently rub the ice pack on the affected area, temple and neck for effective relief.
  • If a head, neck and shoulders are massaged in Migraine, it is very helpful in relieving this pain. For this, light fragrance oil can be used.
  • Dip a towel in warm water, massage the painful parts with that hot towel.
  • Some people get relief from similar massage done with cold water. You can also use ice cubes for this.
